  • In 1960, a young man from Rohtak, Mr. Rishipal Garg, came to Delhi with a dream to build an empire in chemicals and landed in the hub of chemical trading known as Tilak Bazar in Old Delhi.
  • Mr. Rishipal Garg started his first venture, Phonex Traders, and obtained a dealership from Tata Chemicals, becoming a leader in soda ash and caustic soda trading by the late '60s. With a vision to go beyond trading, he planned and established a small manufacturing unit for Sodium Silicate with a capacity of 50 MT/month in Delhi.
  • By the 1980s, Mr. Surinder Gupta joined the family business in chemical trading and manufacturing.
  • The business grew, and Mr. Surinder Gupta's leadership was instrumental in increasing the plant's capacity to meet the growing demand for Sodium Silicate, planning for the future.
  • Phonex Acids and Chemicals emerged as a trustworthy Sodium Silicate manufacturer for various industries across India, gaining acclaim and recognition from its customers.
  • After the first generation retired, Mr. Surinder Gupta shifted the Sodium Silicate industry from Delhi to the Mohan Nagar industrial area in 2003, increasing production capacity to 200-300 MT per month.
  • As demand increased, production capacity expanded to 400-500 MT per month.
  • In 2001, the third generation, Mr. Tarun Gupta, joined the business.
  • Aanya Chemicals continued establishing itself as a reliable Sodium Silicate source, earning more recognition. Mr. Tarun Gupta, with over 20 years in the business, expanded the company's success by starting Silica Gel manufacturing in 2013, rebranding as Phonex Acids and Chemicals.
  • Aanya Chemicals and Silicones Pvt Ltd was incorporated in 2016, marking a new era of growth.
  • A new plant with a capacity of 100 MT/day was built in Sikandrabad, Uttar Pradesh, making it the largest Sodium Silicate production facility in Northern India.
  • In 2020, the company expanded its influence in the chemical industry by manufacturing Colloidal Silica and Nano Silica with a capacity of 600 MT/month.
  • In 2022, the company introduced a range of Superplasticizers and admixtures for high-grade concrete and RMC plants.
  • Today, we proudly manufacture three silica-based products: Sodium Silicate, Colloidal Silica, and Silica Gel, catering to various industries in India.
  • Our R&D team works around the clock to innovate in the chemical industry, focusing on backward and forward integration around our main product, Sodium Silicate.

Consumption


The dosage varies between 2.0% and 3.0% by weight of cement in concrete, depending on the design mix and specific requirements.

Method of Use


  1. Cover all RCC-Masonry joints with appropriate mesh and mortar, allowing sufficient time before plastering.
  2. Thoroughly dry mix the cement and sand as usual.
  3. Add Tatv PlastCon-kure cs32 to the gauging water, then mix this into the cement-sand mortar. Do not add Tatv PlastCon-kure cs32 directly to dry mortar.
  4. Use the prepared mortar for internal, external, and ceiling plaster applications. When using crushed stone sand plaster, avoid using a wooden trowel; smooth metallic (aluminum section) trowels yield the best results.
  5. For optimal results, spray Tatv PlastCon-kure cs32 on the finished plastered surface immediately after application. This enhances strength compared to normal cured plaster.

Our history in the field of Chemicals dates back to 1975 when my father set up the Sodium Silicate manufacturing plant in Delhi. Taking forward the legacy, we set up a unit for Sodium Silicate in Mohan Nagar in 2004. The unit was later shifted and expanded to Sikandrabad with a production capacity of 100 tonnes/day in 2016. In 2020, the company extended its expertise to other silica-based chemicals, such as Colloidal Silica, Silica Gel, Nano Silica, and sodium silicate.

TATV Plastcon Kure CS32: High-Performance Internal Curing Additive

TATV Plastcon Kure CS32, based on Colloidal Nano Silica (CNS), is designed as a high-performance internal curing additive for plasters, masonry, and cement mortars.
